c90 screen
Hi guys,
New to the forum. I have a '98 C90T with indicators on brackets and I am wondering
if the Rickman type 23 fairing discussed in previous posts is still known to be available. If so and someone
can point me in the right direction it would be appreciated.
Many thanks, warner

Re: c90 screen
Hi knapdog,
Thanks for the prompt reply. I had seen this one but the Rickman style looks to offer slightly better weather protection for the hands.
Don't really know if that would be the case in practice. I'll look a little while longer.
Has anyone fitted a Morretti to a C90 with the wider indicators ?
Don't know an awful lot about the history of these bikes, like when the overall width of the indicators changed.
I can see a learning curve approaching !!
Many thanks, warner

Re: c90 screen
I have one from this eBay seller also. I believe he has the original Rickman moulds but has been stopped from supplying Rickman or Honda labels with them hence the Moretti sticker. He did stop listing them for a year or two so it's nice to see them back, also the round headlight version.
Quality and fit are excellent with, as Terry says, very good protection. I made various size screens to test and ended up using the standard one supplied. The other benefit is a very slightly higher top speed. Can be a little disconcerting in cross winds but you get used to it.
As said, George has been known to do a bulk order but I was not patient enough and wanted one straight away for the TinWing!

Re: c90 screen
Thanks guys, had a look on the Rickman site but they don't have it listed. I intend to keep the bike so will wait until they come round again. Thanks very much for the pictures. Have to say the bikes look great.
I know it's going off subject but can I ask;
1/ I notice onittino3 & bikerbaker use a light block front tyre and not a ribbed-any particular reason or just personal preference.
2/ The front racks looks wider than what I have been looking at, was that purchased in UK ?
3/ Is the auxillary fuel tank a Honda sourced item, did you do it yourself and was it worth the effort ?
Thanks for the input, warner

Re: c90 screen
Hi warner,
1, The Tyres are Michelin M45, great tyre for all year round use, i personally wouldn't trust those ribbed tyres.
2, The front rack is a Japanese touring rack, cant get them in the UK, cost about £70 + import duty.
3, Aux tank is a home made jobby, the Tank is a Honda Generator, and the spine rack is made by a member of tbis fourm and he sells them on Ebay, just bolted the two items together, fitted a early fuel tap to the carb so i can switch between the two tanks, its a comon mod and has been done by lots of people.
Thanks Terry
