I like it that was a good find. A mate brought one over 15 years ago none runner cleaned the carb out and the petrol tap. run ok after that. jb weld great stuff that is. had a slight petrol leak on my kr1 about 7 years ago put some jb weld on it and it still does not leek

I had forgotten all about replacing petrol tap corks, all the ones I have bought in the last 10 years have been 'marginal' at best mostly because they can crumble despite being soaked for days beforehand and also not having the hole in the middle.
