The lidl helmets comply with the EU 22.05 reg come with a spare visor bag extra noise reducing pads alternative chin guards for winter and summer plus flip down sun shade. If you hit a brick wall at 30 mph head first you are dead no matter what you wear.....you would be hitting the wall with a force equal to 20 times your own body weight.As for price have you ever seen the price of last years helmets.. at least half ..and they are not giving them away.
