I am selling my late fathers (stevew) Black Douglas Sterling. He had this bike hand made for him in Italy and received it two months before he passed away, unfortunately he never got to ride it.
This simple yet elegant looking Sterling is finished in in Olive drab with logo and a single pin striping in Pitch Black. The seat is upholstered in black Italian leather. The “Bullet” headlight, the mudguards, the frame, the springs, the silencer and the handlebars and grips are all finished in black, giving this Sterling a WW1 dispatch bike look.
It only has 148 miles on the clock, 80 of which were done by the factory themselves, the rest were done by me (riding to the hospice to show him).
It's a wonderful bike to ride and turns heads everywhere you go (you will never get lonely with this bike).
The bike is fitted with the 125cc version engine and has plenty of power to cruise at 50mph.
The bike is fitted with the Knobbly tire option and Polish army kit bags as panniers for the WW1 dispatch bike look, and has twin usb ports for that WW1 look??? oh well, not really period for the bike but handy for keeping your phone charged
Price is £6000 ono, cash on collection only.
