hi, Im a bit reluctantly selling my static caravan in derbyshire. site is open all year and can be used as a holiday home or permanent residence. very easy going place near alfreton \ chesterfield.

hi, pix are on computer that i can't access till tuesday. we will be there all weekend but with no internet access. will pm mobile.
master bedroom, smaller box room, bathroom and shower
kitchen dinner area, decent size lounge. good size fridge freezer. microwave cooker etc.
real big decking area, 8x6 shed. couple of other bigish plastic storage units. think its about 1990, typical fitted furniture although that will all come out to leave you a blank canvas. clean and tidy we've had it prob 7 years. previous owners were an older couple and had it a similar period of time living 6 months there 6 months in spain. we've only used it as a holiday\getaway break. looking for £ 8000 plus the balance of the rent which is paid up till august.
its clean dry warm and a great place to be.
