Just googled it, looks like a soft material tpo box is the best way to describe it.

Just fitted a rear carrier to my C15 and the bag is on it, but it is much better than i thought so no longer for sale !
well worth a look at this type of thing as they are very practical, on and off in seconds and much lighter than a detachable box..
