If they fit a 6v 50, they're the same as the 70Z2 and ZZ, but not the earlier 70. (also fit C50, 70 and 90'C') basically all the 'short-shock' models.

re boo they fit a 1979 c70 the do not fit a c90 as the c90 has a thicker chain therefor the chiangaurds are thicker also the mountings for them on the swingarm at the back is not the same as a c50 or c70 i found out the hard way i also thought they fitted a c90 thats how i have them

Just had a look at p94 of the Haynes.. those won't fit a 1979 anything!!! (or any 6v C50)
They'll only fit a pre-'77 6v C70 or, as Matt says, any square lamp model C50/70/90 12v, 1984 on.

If you've a 6v C90 nothing will do but a 6v 90 one (including Z2/ZZ)

Cub parts are rarely as simple as 50,70,90 or 6/12v!!
