Honda @125 - Too good for the delivery trade! SOLD
My Honda @125 (NES125) on a 'Y' plate.
Owned from 2001 until 2016 by someone who cossetted it in a heated garage (with carpet!) and only covered 3,600 miles. In my ownership it’s covered another 6K of mostly summer trips and fair weather commuting, roughing it in an unheated garage.
The plastics are in superb condition, with the rest of the bike very good too. The exhaust was changed a couple of years ago. It is fitted with a Givi screen and top box plate. It is also wired for an optimate charger, which is included. Overall, it looks like new!
Not quite perfect – After an amateur attempt to steal it, the ignition barrel was changed (not Honda) and the bars are slightly mis-aligned (doesn’t affect the riding experience). The rear shocks have some corrosion. If I was going to keep as a classic, I’d probably change them.
This scooter has been regularly serviced and looked after. There can’t be many Honda 125 scooters over twenty years old in such good nick. This would be worth keeping as future classic, rather than ending up as a delivery bike or abused by a learner.
• First reg – June 2001
• One previous owner
• Owned by me since 2016
• Total ~ 9,500 miles
• Always garaged, mostly summer use, often for B road touring
• MoT until March 2024
• Runs well, average 73 mpg
• Screen, Givi topbox plate and Optimate charger included.
• Located in Cambridge. Might deliver within 60 miles (not inside M25)

You have in your detailed write up (2nd part of your post)
First reg 2021
I think it should have read 2001
Anyway, sorry for picking up on it,
Good luck in selling it.
Cheers Andy.

Re: Honda @125 - Too good for the delivery trade! £1,199
I've decided the price was a bit ambitious, so have dropped it to £1,199 ono. With my insurance coming up, it would be easier to have fewer bikes.

Yes, it is. I haven't got around to advertising it anywhere else yet.

Looks very nice, but you're a little too far away, I think, shame
