Well done George. Terry, buy a Sinnis Terrain. The test reports are really positive. I've seen one up close and the quality looks really good. The bloke who owned it was really impressed.

Havent made my mind up yet, ive had a good look at the sinnis and it is alot if bike for the money...but as its 125 they dont offer a demonstrator,i also like the Honda Varadero 125 and the Suzuki VStrom 250???

Also George managed 71mph out of tbe innova...that means i need to lose weight

I was going downhill. It would do 60 on the flat...

I liked the Varadero. Probably the best 125 I have ever ridden. And you can kit them like its big brothers (Transalps and Varadero). I wouldn't get a 125 though. I do not understand them... apart from the Innova where you have a semi-auto, the manual 125s are pointless in my opinion. Short gear ratios, these are limited by law in all sorts of ways etc... I was looking at the CRF250 Rally yesterday... interesting colour as well:

It was this colour.

More than this CRF, I would crave for the 701 Husky enduro. I think it's a very good all-rounder... 6 speed, off road capable and it can tour as well... and look at it!:

Look at that!... :o

Sadly expensive...

I know what you mean about 125's, I only have 1 freind that rides and he is restricted by his CBT, i get board riding solo, hence why the Varadero 125 idea.

I have looked at the CRF250L, great bike but its too off road looking for me, also the Kawasaki 300x, again to off road bias, shame as they both have more power than the Suzuki VStrom 250.

So it looks like the VStrom :?:

The Himalayan had a bit of bad press when it first arrived in the Indian market, it was released and all ironing out problems were sorted and upgraded at the home market service centres. This was done as Indian warranty work would cost much less than Euro service centres, so Its release over here was delayed. Now its a well sorted out machine, and youtube vidoe's seem to all be positive about it. Its a great machine, I had a look at one in India in Feb, it had been well used and looked very robust. I like them. :)
Cant help feeling sorry for the first Indian owners though who were unwillingly part of the development plan.

The seat issue is a bit of a funny one, when the bike was first launched, it did have a lower harder seat, hence most of the 2017 reviews metion that, it has now been addressed and the seat has more padding but Kawasaki offer the original one as an option for shorter riders , i read a review by Nathan Millward, who said he spent 6 hours in the sadle with no issues, i also didnt think it was uncomfortable but i was only onit for an hour, sheep skin is on its way just incase.
