Foresight 250 - much cheapness!......SOLD

Post by Diesel Dave » Sun Sep 18, 2016 11:37 pm

I have decided I've finished my love affair with CVT scooters so I'm selling my 250 Foresight maxi scooter.

Now let's dispense with the obvious, it's a grey import with a speedo converter module, it has low mileage and has been treated to regular oil changes and CVT maintenance.

It has lived outdoors all of its life so the paint has faded and the screen has yellowed.

There is a recent rear tyre and another new one included, and an E38 top box as well, you can do a long weekend with the underseat space and top box luggage space,

It's not worth a lot of cash so 400 quid will seal the deal and you can ride it away.

I'm tempted but lack of storage precludes.

Yellowed screens can be a problem! :D

Sods law...I've been admiring the Honda Fes 250 for a while now, even though I don't know if i will fit on one, without looking like a right plonker (to big for Steve's 400, to big for a Voltus), I do keep an eye on the ones selling through EBay,...because i do fancy a maxi of some sorts :)

Dave i must say compared to the ones on Ebay £400 is cheap, the problem is ...I'm skint or i would be the first in line :(

Much Skintish Terry.

Do you want the honest answer on this one?

Being serious, you're that size that you're going to look to big for any bike you are on. I watch Connor Cummins race at the TT and he is so big, he sits aboard a Superbike like a praying mantis and looks awkward. He looks even more ridiculous on a 650 lightweight racer. He ain't 'alf quick though! :D

True, the only bike I've owned that matched my proportions was my Suzuki Gsx1400,
the only other bike I've ridden That also fitted me well was a Yamaha MT01, I use to ride a Kawasaki z750 to big for it but it was comfy, best thing about having long legs is knee downs are supper easy :D
