hi all just a thought has anyone fitted a scooter engine to a monkey frame
the reason that i ask is the wife is not keen on changing gears and i oa short 125 scooter engine might fit fairly well to the swing arm mount

Hi Barry.
None that i know of.
Have you had a look for the engine from a C50LAC or C50LAE as these are full auto engines and if you want a bigger one the engine from the 12v CF70 is the same. Some of the pitbike engines used in some quads are also full auto and think some are 110cc.

a while ago i looked into the full auto pitbike type engines but from what i could find out they were not that good
but would like to be told better
she has a 50cc honda scooter very old that we use up in the hills but the bigger scooters just go so much better
a 125cc would be nice
