You'd have to check brake hub size Fazey, to see if they are bigger than a C90 hub. If so hubs or wheels would have to be changed.
Also a C90 carb must be fitted, even on Open Class bikes.

There may be other differences Im not aware of, as Im not that conversant with Riders Cubs, so best to read carefully thro the rules
