From a box of bits i'm pretty happy with the way this is coming on.
Just need to come down that reserve list now.

Should be ok, But i think your loosing 1mm on the Ventura.

C90 Class
1. Max 90cc. No big-bore kits
2. Standard Keihin PB type carb (max 15mm slide / 19mm exit) and standard Honda C90/C70 inlet manifold only.
3. Standard design 2 valve single OHC cyl head only
4. 3-Speed semi-auto clutch only

did notice its 18mm and not 19mm but it is origanal and that is what the rules states. I have 3 carbs here but they all have bits missing and in a state i wouldnt want to use.

Where to start. best get looking for some information on this.
I know there is a needle circlip missing plus the cable stop above the slide.
Guy who sold me these took them all to bits and this is how i got them plus there is 70 and 90 bits mixed in. headache time.

Managed to get the carb sorted. So had a go at the back brake convertion, didnt turn out to bad.
Not quite finished yet but its on and working.
Please let me know if i'm missing something..

Not got an exhaust yet. need to get hold to something. would like a race exhaust but we dont have a big budget.

You may need to brace the anchor point a bit to stop it flexing under full braking load.
