The kits will be sent out with an alloy insert to take the bore down to 25mm. it will take the edge off it.

Today I have bodged in a 22mm copper coupler with a reducer from 22 to 12mm, fitted it within the supplied 25mm internal dia DB killer. Nice and quiet now with a distinctive rumble, should get me thro MOT, I had forgotten how smooth a cub could be.

I rode to work this morning without any db killer, following a Triumph Speed Triple, you should have seen him do a double take in the mirror when he heard me rumble up behind. Even more of a dirty look when I overtook him in traffic.

Oh the joy of cub ownership

Love it! :D :D

The Golden Nugget has just put a 140 lump in his bike and has had to fit the same zorst out of necessity. Then tonight we realised the MOT was out!

Might be we could steal your idea for a simple solution, any chance of a bit more detail? I have some 22mm copper in the garage.....

:D :D :D :D :D

LOL, Clashed with his post above.....

I'm still interested to be honest, as having the bike noisy all the time isn't brilliant... It is fun sometimes though, so I like the idea of it being removable!

Will upload them tonight.
When the copper fittings were in, the whole bike felt smoother. I'm with you though, I do like it loud, when you roll up behind or pass a plastic rocket or harley, the look on their faces is priceless, expecting something much bigger :D :D
