it was a complete haggard 1980 cg when i bought it.

well my exhaust should arrived today. I got just over a litre of rockoil guardian 10w40 left for a oil change, and I'll stick on my helmet and de-seize that clutch :)

Carb cleaned out the best I can. still some really hard stuck on bits inside bowl and on float, but didn't wanna damage, and hopefully the stuff will come out with some use :)

new genuine exhaust and mikuni (fake?) carb, after ruining the rare pilot jet.

got 95 main jet atm will swap for my 100 later.

unseize the clutch. I warmed up the engine and then with not running rocked in 1st gear a few times and it pinged.

Video a little windy, but you can hear everything.

Lovely. Bits of it look really neat zippy, others less so, but wow ..... great for the age, you must be well pleased :)
