less? nit pick it
yes I'm very pleased. I'll do trip to york on it and drop oil, do filter and it'll be sweet.
Gonna ring DVLA tomorrow and get em to give me a sorn number so i can tax the bugger. Sent in a v62
I'm amazed how small they are. YBR are bigger.

Very, very nice Herrod , AG suggested doing something similar with my XL, quite tempting, a bit like thisherrod wrote:here's mine as it stands.
it was a complete haggard 1980 cg when i bought it.
should be ready for powdercoat soon.
Frames look quite similar.

Re: 1977 Honda CG125
Well I managed to fix my horn today.
Removed the adjustment screw and put in contact cleaner very slowly, and then thought to put in the adjustment screw in allot more to get a quieter higher tone.
Horn started to work and then seize again.
Strapped the bugger back on bike, and then while holding horn key i was tapping the horn with a spanner. Freed up and didn't seize no more, so undone the screw a bit and viola, loud horn

Re: 1977 Honda CG125
horn seized up again will unseize for MOT.
Brakes all sorted now, and keyword 'working'
Steve sent me some lenses for indicators, and indicator relay, in post. Thanks Steve.
So when they turn up all good, and just need to sort out headlight, and replace a few bulbs

Re: 1977 Honda CG125
so steve's bits for me turned up today (no dead hamster in it), and then a angel in the name of 'Chris' from York Lee and Steve.
Came for my old exhaust pipe as he was passing, for a template, and in 15min he'd checked and cleared the fault on my bike
so headlight left and it's ready for mot.

Kieron hooking me up with a Brazilian.... Headlight , and Herrod has a lense for me. Thanks chaps.
DVLA were sadists this weekend, saying I can't enquire about my v62 till 5 days after the 2nd of May.
So if anyone wants a impromptu meet around 5th of may as I'll be debuting in York shortly after the MOT
