Looking at Honda's Greekl site, it appears not. Shame, but it would no doubt be a niche within a niche for them I guess.

It's called a Little Cub. 14" Wheels from the MD90, & uniquely shaped plastic bits. (Plastic handlebar cover similar to the Riders 110).
Asian markets only I think. MBUK importeded a few new a couple of years back but I don't think they sold well. I remember at the time thinking they'd have had more success with the proper 17" wheel one.
This is a MBUK one in Britain.
