montfield 25 mower ?

a new toy of mine a mountfield 25 i think , whats missing off it ? how do i get it running ?

ive cleaned carb out, and tank , hand over carb it starts, hand off carb bogs out and stalls ?

anyone got one ? or knows of a online manual or can help me ?

the 2 levers on the carb sugest that it may have a vane inside the fan housing to act as a govenor one lever will work to set the speed and the other to maintain it so fan housing off.

i have to take fan housing off ??

itll start if i have suposid choke on and hold my hand over the carb top ( where the air filter should be )

then it bogs out and dies ??
