That was the main reason the ‘cane got sold and I bought another C90.

The 20 is bad enough there's s long straight road after the industrial estate in chessington used to be 40 now its 20 ,about half a mile ,no houses ,it's the lib demo and labour doing it around here ,even a dual carriageway is 20
I'm thinking of getting into track days if it carries on

I've got no problem whatsoever with the 20mph limits in Wales.
If people don't like it then, tough.
Riding through the slower limits is pure joy and a delight in the knowledge that it will, no doubt, save some lives.

20 is fine in some built up areas or near schools but few of the roads they are doing it to really make no sense at all.

That's a good point and if some areas have been knocked down to 20mph for no valid reason then that's stupid.
Around here there are some "zones" that have been changed from 20mph back to 30mph. I think this readjustment will continue for a while until the true "vulnerable" 20mph areas are established.

If not I may well.have to fit a c50clac full auto into the cub just to be on the safe side

The reasoning is pollution not RTA reduction. The roads referred to have frequently exceeded the legal limits for air quality (40 micrograms of NO2 per m3.)

They aren't legally enforceable speed limits but will be subject to traffic calming measures to reduce speeds, hence reduce pollution and discourage traffic from entering the city centre.
