Innova In Pieces!!!

Hi all!
My name is Rob and I have just joined the forum after bringing this Innova home in Pieces.
As a kid I was a scrambler guy but never road bikes.
Now as an auld fella I got this notion to buy a C90 and do my CBT and finally get on the road but
I nearly choked at the price considering we destroyed many a C90 clowning around off road.
Anyway this 2004 Innova cropped up cheap so I bit the bullet.
After pricing some bits I need I'm thinking ain't nothing going to be cheap about this little guy.
Here are a few pics and ideas where I should start?

I'lll look forward to hearing from anyone.
Cheers!

Doesn't look too bad, Bob.
Welcome to c90club forum.
Plus you're on the way to helping here yourself.
One of the occasional questions to come up regards transporting a Cub or similar in a car/van/camper, "Can you fit a ___ in a____"
eg. "Can you fit a C90/Innova in a Berlingo?"
Can you fit an Innova in a ___?
... most of it!

Hello Bob.
I see the Ni plate and presume your over here with us on the emerald Isle.
If so I think I also saw this bargain for sale on either eBay or market place, but I've enough unfinished projects to be getting on with myself.
Good luck with the new project.

Hello el Capitano
Never would I have thought whole threads dedicated to what transport is best for hauling a C90 around the country
Is it way too ambitious to expect the innova to cart my sorry behind everywhere?

Hi Colin
Thanks!
Yes indeed I’m in Northern Ireland and that was the very same innova listed in marketplace.
Yes it’s going to quite the project since I don’t know where anything goes hopefully I can enlist a few boffins here to help me out.
Rob.

I gave the frame the once over ( not that I’d know what I’m looking at) but just in case there’s anything obvious.
I sent it out and got it blasted and powder coated.
Not a bad job.

I’m starting to build this little fella together and straight away I’m having issues with the centre stand.
I ordered this new pin but it seems way to small in the frame.
Any ideas?

Not at all.
It'll pretty much take you anywhere.

I hope you guys are right and it’s robust enough to haul my fat carcass all about the place.
I made a couple of bushes on the lathe and I think the center stand is sorted.
