Upgraded iridium spark plug in wave 110i burns oil more
S there a reason that it would burn more oil? Can I change the oil grade .. currently its 10w 3 litre would changing it to 10w 40 be better... it seems to get more hot.. it seems to have the same heat rating.. would a different heat rating effect the engine temperature?

The plug will not make it burn more oil, and will not make the engine run hot.
Where are you and what is your normal summer temperature, 10:30 oil is more suitable to lower temperatures than 10:40.
