My local dealer has a 350 classic in stock with less than 300 miles on it, so guess what is coming home next month so goodbye Forza I never really got on with it, slower than my old Piaggio used more fuel just not the same.

good choice, 1st service is 300 miles with tappet check, is the dealer doing this for you??

I can highly recommend them. Mines covered over 8000 miles in 18 months and has been an excellent bike. John O Groats to Land’s end in 2022, tour of Brittany for two weeks in 2023 and a planned run from Bilbao to Normandy in May this year (which is why I can’t get to the meet in Diss)

If your route takes you passed Airvault pm me as I may be able to help with lodgings (planning on Normandy in June myself for D Day gatherings)

That’s very kind. I’m leading a group of 7 of us and on the final push to the channel I shall be leaving them to their own devices and heading off to Brittany to meet some friends of mine for a few days. Thanks for the offer though.
We found getting accommodation for all of us, near the coast, during the end of the first week in June was impossible, due to the imminent 80th commemoration of D Day. We’re in Bagnoles Sur l’Orne for the last night.

So my local dealer is a Triumph dealer, the new speed 400 is about £700 more than a new Meteor but has twice the power and weighs 20 kilos less, fuel consumption is similar, they have sold 12 so far.

How many on PCP deals? I hope the QC is way above that of the Trident

Built in India not Thailand. I went to sit on one the other day but just a tad too tall for me. These days I like to get both feet down to paddle back out of the drive. No problem on the Burgman or the Super Cub.
