Just Googled it and it’s called aHonda Winner,an underbone,with a 150cc engine.

I'd hazard a guess tooling up for making it a 125 just for the UK isn't financially viable.
With regards to CTX200 i guess it's considered a nearly non existent market in the UK 125s till you've passed the test then 250 upward.
