Given there's no workshop manual for the CB125f, has anyone used Honda's Maris? Does it allow you to download pages? 10 euros for just an hour's access seems pretty salty to me.

Just yesterday bought a 2022 model cb125f with 1,650 miles for £2200
Only ridden it 20 miles home so far.Found it very comfortable. Like a couple of people said it was bigger that I expected.
Haven't ridden a geared bike in donkeys years as only have an innova (which I'm keeping and no intention of ever selling 😉
Did they not come issued with a owner's manual ? I've got the service booklet from the seller who bought it new last year but no manual.
Also I've had a full licence for about 10 years, my insurance on the innova was dirt cheap but this bike is several times the price. Is this because its a nearly new bike ? Is it always cheaper to get a multi bike policy ?

Lots of variables as to extra cost but....

1) Are you starting a new policy or using your accrued NCD

2) Because it's a newer bike in the event of theft etc it's most likely to be written off as non economical repair & as your purchase price (which was good) in the current climate a like bike will be not far short of the available £2999 OTR BNIB

3) Insurance costs have risen but I expect to pay around the £125 mark for a new policy in current market

4) I went multibike this year but £4£ I think single policies better on small CC machines & I want to keep my NCD on both policies I hold so always have an insured SORN model

The CBF125 is sorely underated expect by the knowledgeable folk here which bike press always just call a learner bike

Enjoy your purchase

All,

I got a new CB125F 2021 (JC84) for four weeks now. I am very pleased with this bike. My first 1,000Km service will be in two weeks. After that I plan to do the next services on my own. However, after some research I was not able to find the service manual. Is someone who got an ideas where or how to buy or download it?

You tuber https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=B8CUw1HsyqU&t=706s, is worth a watch, I will soon be doing a valve check, the ESP engine has differances to the older CBF125.
On the East Anglian Ride last week (thanks newt) the bike did 170 MPG @ 50mph on the A12 and A127 back to Chatham.
I carry out the services on the bike from new. Very easy as it has an external oil filter in the clutch case.
