I Always pump the fluid up from the bottom if i have issue, a large syringe and pipe on the blead nipple.
I like the idea. I've got a large syring so I'll give it a go today :-)
+1 on this idea. This was the only thing that worked on a GPZ500 a while ago.

Not an Innova, but I fitted a new front brake caliper to my CB500/4 last year (a regular job with this design as many will remember) a genuine Honda one too, and then spent several hours and a great many attempts trying to get the brake to bleed. Tried all ways, from both ends with no joy.

So off to bed, and rose early the following day to have another go. Went into the garage, tried the lever more in hope than anything else and it was perfect - still is!

Did the "Honda gnomes" visit during the night and fix it, or did it just fix itself?? Who knows but it worked..........

John.
I'd allready been praying to the God of Honda but he hadn't listened to me when it came to trying in the morning. I tried the 'pumping from the bottom with a syringe through the bleed nipple' remedy and it worked a treat!
