I think the range depends on the size of the battery fitted,mines a new 36volt10 ah one and powers a 250 watt brush less motor in the rear wheel.250 watt is the largest motor legally allowed for use on the road.500 and 1000 watt motors are available.Some can be switched down to 250 watt to keep them road legal.The 1000watt motor is good for 30 mph.

How do you find the Rally Slowboy, its on my list to try as next bike, was hoping to try one at bike show on Friday but Honda stand was a little depleted

How you finding the rally?
Very impressed with it. Put a bit more preload into the rear, fitted a Tutoro chain oiler, rear rack and a sheepskin cover for the seat. Looking forward to the trip uprough France starting from Bilbao in May. Good fun off road, a proper old school trail bike, not an enduro tool.
