A bit of information please, I've just got a secondhand Rickman white handlebar fibreglass fairing for my Yamaha T80 with fittings for £5, now all I need a clear or tinted blade for it. In the past I've brought what looks like the same thing for a square head lamp C90.
Question 1 Are the screens the same
I think they are.
Question 2 Where can I get one from.
or
Question 3 Is there a supplier for the clear plastic. what thickness do I need.
Can someone be good enough to send me a paper template I could use to cut it out.
Many thanks
Dave.

Re: Rickman Windshield clear screen
Not sure if they are the same.
I have cut my own screens from 4mm Lexan which is too thick really and is harder to keep curved. Lexan (in my opinion) is better than styrene or other polycarbonates which can shatter. You should be able to find a plastic stockist locally I would have thought although I was given mine!
I found the best way of cutting is to use a jigsaw with a grit blade normally used for trimming ceramic tiles, gives a nice fine cut.
Got a template and a couple of cut down screens which you are welcome to try. I am due to visit Dave Cooper Trailers in Wrotham next week in the van to collect my rack so could meet you somewhere if you want. Just waiting for a call.
Let me know
Chris
