Redbus very nervous

Grandaughter- Lauren and me sitting in front of computer
Lauren, "Have you told them grandad."
Me, "Told who? what?"
Lauren, raising her voice in exasperation. "You know that K9 clubby you said you'd signed onto a while
ago? I remember you saying you had to bloody-----"
Me, Raised voice. "Lauren, watch your language."
Lauren, "Well, sign up to find out if its the right one. An anyway that's what you said. Can I have a
doggy for christmas,? They're better than silly old motor bikes like the one you just got. I want one just
like that K9, then I could join your clubby too."
Me, "I wasn't talking about dogs. Look at the screen Lauren. See, it says 'C90 club'. It's a club all about
motorbikes."
Lauren, "O'hh, so did you tell them all about your new bike?"
Me, "Errr---not yet. I'm a bit too embarrassed to tell them."
Lauren, "Why's that grandad? I think its a really nice bike cos its all shiny and clean. An it's easier to
get on, too. Your other bikes are just so big an heavy."
Me, "Well its a bit difficult to explain but you see that club is special, for what is called a 'Honda Cub'
and grandad's new bike is different, it's a 'Suzuki Address'. N O, Lauren DONT touch the keyboard."
Lauren, "WELL', I dont care I think you should tell them anyway cos your nice and I love you."
Me, "I think you just did Lauren. Shall we run up to the corner shop and you can have some sweetys."
(Thinks, I'll tell em I'm sorry later. Now where's me coat.)
