GPz900R Kawasaki

An A2. Of 1985 vintage but painted 88-89 colour scheme, we drove my ladys car 450 kms south and I rode the bike home.
Last saw road usage in 2005 so tyres hard and forks not the best and running rough though still capable of over the old ton even on 3 cylinders.
On arriving home and after a sleep I pulled the spark plug to discover one dead one, cleaned it up and still dead, substituted other plugs to verify.
Bought new set of four next day and runs sweeeet!
Runs a bit hot though, common with these bikes.
Done a vinegar flush and a detergent flush now on a citric acid flush which has highlighted weakness in metal pipes that connect hoses.
Busy busy...still waiting fot Chinese carby to arrive for C90

Quite a buzz jumping from 90cc to a 900cc and back to 90cc.
My 1790cc Vegas is still being built up.
It'll be another experience altogether.
Just goes to prove size don't matter in the fun factor.
It's all a state of mind....

The 900R was a game changing bike when launched and the other manufacturers had to play catch up with Kawasaki.
