Exploded diagram on page 25 in the Haynes is confusing (to me anyway) cos it shows the clutch and the gear lever on the same side
Think the gear selector mech diagram may be a mirror image ???

I have seen the "CG poor gear change " loads of times bad cases need the gear shift cam replaced as it can get worn but this was on Training school bikes !!
