I have an Innova swing arm and rear wheel on my custom build cub and I have a question for anyone with experience of Innova's.
I found it had about 2mm of movement in the rear wheel, making me think some new wheel bearings are required. When I took the wheel out and pulled apart the hub the wheel bearings just fell out. Is it normal for the wheel bearings to be so loose in the hub on an Innova? Every bike I've owned and worked on the wheel bearings would needed a fair bit of hammering to fit in the hub. Just wondering if this should be the case on this bike as well.
Cheers
Caddy

Re: Innova rear wheel
Not good I say you have a duff hub If the bearing fail and the bike is ridden like that for long the bearing can spin in the hob and the hub wears
The trade quick fix is new bearing very thin brass shim and Stud and bearing fit a Much stronger version of nut lock

Re: Innova rear wheel
There should be no movement and the bearings should be tight in the wheel. the only things that fall out of my Innova wheel are the cush drive rubbers...!

Thanks for the replies. I thought I should ask just in case the Innova was different for some reason before I go and get a new wheel

Re: Innova rear wheel
Just taken the wheel to my local Honda dealer and they confirm that it's knackered
They also laughingly said don't ever buy a new wheel from Honda as they are crazy expensive. £45 for a pattern part with bearings delivered so it could have been worse.
