Bike belongs to the bloke that I bought my Fazer off, as you can see from the vid it just wont pick up from idol and idol is all over the show.
Any ideas.

Very hard to properly diagnose from the vidio but I say check
Compression
Spark high voltage ignition known to short out kill switch
If been standing almost certain to be carbs !
