The sort of cheap clothes drying white frame (wire) would bend nicely for a temporary frame and that can be bolted on. Andhrn tent material over it to give an aerodynamic ride with posible increased MPG

Obviously material and a frame would not be road worthy by the road traffc act or ok for insurance purposes at first, but may be of use to build a prototype of soemthig more longterm.

KK BTT:
"economical" to me means something related to overall costs:
Small price tag, reliable, durable, easy to maintain, low gas consumption, low wearout...
What i did on my Innova: 1 set of front break pads, 1spark plug, 1 rear tire and some sips of oil. For me this is pretty nice for 40.000 km isnt it? At least its hard to beat :mrgreen:
