Billy is slipping!...I have 5000+km on the clock now to get a actual 3000 mile distance. I went onto a distance conversion site and printed off the KILOMETERS TO MILES tables so I can high light when service dates are due, like NOW!....

Just a quick update on my Vox which is now three years old. It passed its first MOT yesterday with nearly 6000kms on the odometer. As someone who has owned in the past a c50, c70 and c90 I am enjoying the Vox and intend to keep it for a long time.

Sorry to post to such an old thread, but I'm hoping someone will see this and can tell me the tyre pressures for my Vox 110?

It had no manual when I bought it second hand.

Thanks in advance.

Hi. I hope you enjoy your Peugeot.

The manual states 2.25 bar for the front and 2.80 for the rear. Please post again if you need any further information on the bike. I've still got my one and use it regularly.

It's still the most relevant Peugeot Vox thread, so well done for finding it, and welcome to the forum. 8-)

Thanks a million for that. No wonder it has felt so 'wobbly'.... I called my local Peugeot dealer, about a year ago when I got it. They said they didn't know, so put me through to one of the mechanics who said "It's pretty much the Honda Cub, so pressures are 26 PSI front and 28 PSI rear."

Now for some air in my tyres! And a healthy scepticism of what a dealer tells me.

Thank you.

Thanks for the welcome.

I owned a beat-up old C90 when I was about 15, but none of them since. I ride bigger bikes, but for winter hacking into town had the chance of this Peugeot Vox 110 cheap (they are cheap new, I understand). It was only about 18 months old (newest vehicle I've ever had) and so far has done me ok.

The build quality is nothing near to a Honda, but for the money it seems fine. Just starting to rust on the rear swinging arms and I have no idea how to get to the petrol tap on a regular basis (so I leave it open). Modern bikes and plastic huh!

As for tyres a la Cub 30 front and 40 rear. ;) As for the pet cock if you kneel down in front of the bike and look into the engine you can see the tap. Have you tried the reserve yet ?
