If it's "made frome parts, some or all of which are not new" (DVLA quote there) it's cruising to be a Q plate, and would also need the VOSA SVA test (which it would no doubt pass in its condition) Have been here before, but not in these circumstances, its pricy, full of red tape, nobody wants a Q plate bike, and have you ever tried insuring a Q let alone selling one for decent money? Good luck to the lucky buyer!RoadCar wrote:If it has got an 02 engine then surely it would be registed as an 02 plate? If I had millions in the bank it would be tempting to bid on it, didn't someone on here what a cub that had zero miles?

Re: c90 cub (never been registered!)
According to MCN, the new price in 2002 for the Honda C90 was £1699. That logicly would be the very top price to pay for this bike. However, as been pointed out, its a bike of unknown origin and could end up with a Q plate, so value could plumit. If anyone is thinking of buying, it probably be wise to wait and see what registration plate it ends up with before bidding.
strange that no questions are displayed on that auction
