You need to look at this in a few different ways johnboy ,if you own the right premises ,biker themed cafe,retro motor vehicle restaurant ,or even a man cave this is a cheap piece of wall art, my wife paid more than this for a mirror for our hallway
.Or if you have a son or daughter who is looking at a first field bike then this is cheap starter .Sometimes its not about getting something road registered but enjoying it for what it is .

Front forks look like C100 and the frame looks to be pretty solid,so it could be a diamond in the rough.
