Pay no attention Harry - that ZZ is worth every penny of the 4 grand you paid for it.

BTW I have a nice Mobylette that would suit you down to the ground - only 4,500?
Could Harry ride that without his L plates. :)

Indeed - much more better; it's the special 'rare model' that was especially detuned for the 'novice rider' - I think they were made for each other.

Funnily enough David, I had a 1964 Mobylette Bleu(it was a red one)but it was too powerful for me,so I sold it and bought a Raleigh Runabout but that turned out to have exactly the same sort of powerful engine but less powerful brakes so that was sold on to an enthusiast of high performance machinery. I didn't think I'd ever find a bike that would be slow/safe enough for my riding style, but after a short search I found my C90ZZ ;hurrah. I knew it was the bike for me because a previous owner had fallen asleep at the controls, hit a stationary lamp post and bent the forks. If it's so slow that it can cure insomnia it's got to be just that little bit special,so I see no issue in paying that little bit extra. I've just seen a Ford Fiesta 1.3 Supersport sell on ebay for £25,000 yes that's twentyfive thousand pounds for a 1983 Fiesta. So that ZZ's a bargain.
