I sometimes wonder how many of these little gems are dotted around the country. If I really wanted a pristine, showroom condition, 6volter like this beauty I reckon I'd stretch to around £1800 ish because of its rarity. I'd probably mothball it and tuck it away . In my opinino, it wouldn't lose any money and could be regarded as something of an investment, especially for 2026 when it will be 50 years old.

TBH with something like this you're buying nostalgia rather than metal and plastic.

£3.5k isn't unreasonable in those terms although I can't help thinking it would be worth more if the seller removed the "enhancements" particularly the spotlight and backrest.

A neighbour of mine who owns a small independent motorbike shop in Sheffield always tells me certain bikes are better than money in the bank,so true ;)
