I have got it all the way to the forks and I'm not sure where to go with it now! Does the wires come up in the small hole that you look down into at the front of the handlebar mounting bracket? As I seem to think it does bout am not sure can anyone help ?wire loom problem?? c50 1973

just putting my c50 1973 restoration back together and I'm stuck on the loom I have got it all the way to the forks and I'm not sure where to go with it now! Does the wires come up in the small hole that you look down into at the front of the handlebar mounting bracket? As I seem to think it does bout am not sure can anyone help ?
