Hi

Post by floaty » Sun Jan 22, 2012 4:35 pm

Ive owned my C90 since 1990 bought it new on a G plate From Dalston in london, The poor old machine started to do the London knowledge with me and was much more willing to compete it than i was. Its been used to take me to work for various years and has spent the last 9yrs in my garage collecting dust. I stumbled onto a website that showed moded up C90.s so that now that im 50 and spend to much time watching rubbish tv ive decided to modernize the bike, Larger Engine either a 125 or140 cc to cope with the larger me and other half, a front suspension and fork change Plus better brakes. I work as a mechanic so this upgrade shold be no problems. My question is what forks can i replace the standard ones with. The bike will be used in Europe as we have a motorhome we intend to to attach it to.

Hello and welcome floaty :D. CB and CG 125 forks are apparently a straight swap. There's quite a few chops in progress in the projects section. People are seeming to run into insurance problems with modified cubs though...... :?
