Hello and welcome aboard.
If your going to 90 engine probably better to go 12v for a straight forward fit and a CDI ignition.

thanks for the advice but i have a 6v 90 c90e motor so will see if its as straight forwards as i hope

looking at this now and i think the bike maybe to standard to ruin , so yesterday i went and bought a rupp project no engine , may just leave the z50r as is for the gran kids one day , thank you for your help
