Welcome Pizza Dude, Just wondered how you manage to get the crusts nice and crispy? 
On a serious note do you have any old C90 cutdown seats?? I know this was a popular Pizza bike mod.

The only trouble with those seats are they are too damn small and not very comfortable, they are too short as I sit further back than that seat allows so a cutdown is the better solution. I do have one cutdown already which works perfectly.
