Have another look at the pictures...small tank=C50, tank decals on the tank say C50, frame number starts with C50, so its clearly a C50
I looked again and saw where I went wrong. First glance seeing the dipstick at the top, it looked like the 6 volt C90 motor to me. Forgot all about the older C50 motor.

Welcome along to the party, thats looks like a lovely bike. New oil and tyres and away you go :D
That's what I was hoping but I may need an exhaust as I don't think that will polish out

Wemoto do not list the 50 one ,but do the C70 from 1970. check out CMSNL website to see if they are the same .

Thanks for that

CMSNL I think marry up a british 1969 to a C70 general export which may be the one Wemoto sell.

I'll have to wait until I'm back in a few weeks time to do the deal on the bike so may go quiet for a while.

Well the wee Beastie arrived in my garage last Tuesday.

It was purchesed in 1968 from Williams cycles in Cheltenham who have been trading since 1904 :o and still are.

The lady used it for pottering around or shopping up until she had a low speed tumble in 1981 and has been off the road since then.

Would you learned gents have any idea of its value?

Not knowing the club's selling procedure would it be possible to accept offers or does it have to be in the for sale section etc?

I've decided I won't be keeping it as I believe letting someone else with the knowledge/desire to own it would be its best future as I have other projects to finish with greater priority.

Thanks in advance for any advice.

Do a search on ebay. Then, look down the left hand column, and check 'Completed' or 'Sold' listings.

Also, our bikes for sale is an archive of bikes sold, as we only delete on request.

The onus is on you to do this research. We don't value bikes, and 'Wot's it wurf' posts don't get much attention. ;)
