The new carb is either faulty or the main jet is the wrong size.

What type of carb is it?

Hi Dave thanks for the reply

I checked the main jet today and it looked the same? So I swapped it out with the old one and was still having the same issue? Do you think I should just clean out the old carb and put it back on the bike? The new carb is lb lippo that’s all the writing I can see on it?

Are there no numbers stamped on the jet?

Original carbs are pretty much always better than the reproductions unless the alloy has corroded and become porous.

I couldn’t see any numbers stamped on it! I didn’t look very hard but I just checked to see if they where similar in size? I swapped them around but and still got the same results
