Honda c90 starting

Honda c90 starting

Hi should a honda c90 on a 2001 still start up with a knackerd battery i was under the impression that they dont need a battery at all to start and run?!

It should start with a flat battery 8-)

Using the kickstart, yes.

It's a CDI system (capacitor discharge ignition) and doesn't need a battery to provide the spark,but I don't think you should run it without one.
