track day
So my sunday started off going to have a look at Barnsley motorcycle festival.i never knew there was one till my grandma pointed it out to me in the local paper.we got to the gate of the kart track where the festival was held and the guy asked me if i was a spectator or did i have my bike, the went on to tell me that it was £5 for the TRACK DAY!
so i spun the car round and came home to get my c70 .
Turns out they were bike parades all day with different categories from 1960's to 2000's
my bike fell into the under 200cc category which i didn't mind at all.
Anyway i rushed to get the bike out of the van and its was the under 200cc parade just getting out on the track,so i quickly jumped on the c70 and got out there.soon realising that is wasn't really a parade after all.most people were going sack out including myself.
soon after first the parade ended craig90 called me and i told him what was going down and,he quickly arrived and a hour later we were out again.
the track wasn't very big but not too bad for the nifty c90's and such.the track was very sticky and seemed like you could really push it on corners, well until the pegs wouldn't let you go any lower of course.
anyway had such a great day and here's a few pics.

Looks like a whole lotta fun! If a reminder goes up next year, I'll be there. Still have my full leathers so would be up for a little track time. Thanks for sharing.
