UK touring
Hi all I've recently purchased a 2010 innova 125 and looking at touring the UK and Ireland for a few weeks I am based in Southampton so any ideas of places to visit ect and things to do and essentials like storage bags and stuff would be great... If anyone else at all fancies a nice few weeks away then feel free to contact me and we can look at it... I'm new to the whole touring concept so looking for help!
Many thanks all
Kieran

Re: UK touring
Welcome to the club stick Southampton in your details and pack your bags ..
and come along to our meet the other side of Lymington at Hurst View campsite. We will be there from Friday afternoon with a nice ride on Saturday and then Sammy Millers museum on the Sunday morning.
This will be a good place to see what can be carried on small bikes as well as meeting a few like minded people (read bonkers).
No need to book just turn up ,have a look at the Southern Softies in the Meetings section down there somewhere ^( turn screen upside down to see arrow point down )

Re: UK touring
If you get up Worcester way, you can camp in our garden and we can take in a few rides.

Friday evening or even Saturday we will be coming back to the campsite via Hythe Calshot and Lepe.

Re: UK touring
Probably not. Those who have ridden a fair distance will probably need a rest from their Cub saddles. Those who have driven will be swearing at their trailers and racks. Most will be swearing at their tents. Then there is the catching up to do and new people to meet (inc you).
You never know though, something might happen where some motorcycling may occur.
You will not find a friendlier, more helpful, more welcoming collection of people. (This comes from a person who doesn't like people!)

Re: UK touring
It is all on the meetings thread , but lower Pennington lane heading out to new milton, if you reach the shell petrol station you missed it ,or about 1.8 miles from weatherspoons on Lymington high st.Bring logs for the camp fire....
