Hi Everyone,
I, along with 5 other mates, are riding from lands end to John o Groats on 26-29th May (may bank holiday in UK) for two cancer charities, Birstall Bags and Marie Curie.
We have put together a website https://mydonate.bt.com/fundraisers/hon ... echallenge where you can get an over view of the ride.
Shortly we will be adding the itinerary to the website showing approx timings between waypoints so if any of you are looking to go for a ride, meet us and join the group for as long as you want. The ride will travel up to Shrewsbury on day one, Glasgow day two and arrive in John o'Groats day 3. As I said the actual route will be available soon with road numbers and timings. We will also have a support vehicle so will publish the phone number of the driver so you can get latest info of our progress, so you are not waiting around for us.
It would be great to see you on the way so please get in touch either on this forum or my email is poordad67@gmail.com
Look forward to riding with a few of you in May
Cheers
Ian

That's a shame, you will probably be passing close to home on Day 1 but I'm not going to be around. Best of luck with your trip.

That sounds like a great trip.
Will you be supported and how will you get home again?
I dont know if you have seen this but you may get some tips from it.
