A good ride

Post by Prof » Fri Aug 21, 2009 10:36 am

I have a couple of rides that stick out in my memory, one on a Merridon Triumph Adventurer, the other on a Yamaha BW 250. Both rides in north America, they will take a while to write if I cannot find them on this newer computer but if anyone is interested I will put finger to keyboard. BE Warned the Triumph story could go on a bit. Prof

Prof, Could be better to do them in Word, then copy and paste them into here. Or, what I do, If I find my post is getting long on here, I open word, and copy and paste it into a word doc and save it. Because my eyes aren't brilliant and I'm prone to 'finger trouble'!
I gathered you have had some adventures, and it was a shame that I didn't get to ask about some of them at Rhayader.
It would be even better to see them written up, as I'm sure they will inspire many more people. Cheers!

Anyone wanting anything edited, tidied up, spelling corrected, just pm me referring to the post, and I'll do what I can. I think members can only edit for 15 mins after posting??? Not sure as I'm always logged in as admin. Anyway, we can always edit, and or make corrections as requested, without time limit. or even delete for you if you have a change of heart.
(in fact we now have a re-cycle bin for admin so deletions might be retrieved if they are queried. Thanks AG for programming that up!) :ugeek:

Yes I do my long letters in "Word" to be sure they are saved and corrected as I type. This is not going to be written overnight, Im slow and getting slower, but I have started
