Exhaust collars
has anyone got a pair of exhaust collars for a 6 volt 50 or 70. A 6 volt 90 will NOT fit. i am willing to pay postage

If you don't find any there easy enough to make but you need to know the diameter of the exhaust pipe they go around and the diameter of the hole in the head take one from the other less clearance then divide by 2 for the thickness them fit pipe and measure how wide

I have only made them for c90zz and other bikes if I couldn't get them quickly and needed to finish a job !
It is not hard but if DS or similar have them

Hi Dave
i had the letter from you with the collets in. it was not the valve collets i needed, it was the collars for the exhaust that go around the tube of the downpipe to hold the exhaust against the head. they are around 1 inch across. let me know if you want the valve collets back. here is a picture of the exhaust. the collars are item 1
